Linda Johnston

Hi! My name is Linda Johnston. I grew up in San Diego, Ca. I attended college there with a major in art history. After college I married and settled in Manhattan Beach, CA., where we raised our two great kids. Once they were in high school I started my career in real estate. In 1992 I moved to Santa Fe. Because I enjoyed Real Estate so much, I immediately got my New Mexico real estate license. I love Santa Fe.
My experience is what makes me a good Realtor. I remember buying our first home, it was scary and it took us a long time to work up to that first purchase. All we needed was someone to take the time to help us through the "mysterious" process. When the kids were born we needed a bigger home. Our concerns now were safe neighborhoods and good schools. Expert knowledge and caring guidance was necessary to make the best decision. When the kids left home (finally) we downsized. I remember how hard it was letting go of so many memories and "things". Later I made the move to Santa Fe alone. I remember feeling confused about the market here and was concerned about making a wise investment all by myself. So you see, I've seen it all in my 20-plus years of Real Estate. Not only have I had all the Real Estate education necessary, I've had the experiential education as well. Buying or selling Real Estate is a process, a process that is unique to each one of you. I'd like to use my experience to help you navigate the Santa Fe Real Estate market, with respect for your process.
